Incorrectly Pitched Propeller
This prop (p/n 72CKS6056) was purchased new and installed. It has been overspeeding by 25-50 rpm. Sent it to be re-pitched and that corrected the issue. Records indicate that it should be an appropriate prop for this engine/aircraft.

Out-Of-Balance Propeller
During cruise flight, the aircraft experienced a vibration considered excessive. Pilot reduced propeller speed to 1800 rpm, which cleared the vibration for a short time. As the flight continued, the vibration returned. Pilot declared an emergency; destination airport was closest and flight landed without incident. External visual inspections of engine, propeller and engine accessories found no defects. Propeller was dynamically balanced with 28.4 grams of weight used. A test flight noted no vibration.

Unfeather Failure
During a routine Part 61 training flight, the right engine was intentionally shut down to demonstrate inflight restarts. After a normal shutdown and securing procedure, the engine master switch was switched back to “ON” IAW the checklist. Usually, this would drive the propeller (p/n MTV6A) out of feather, and the restart procedure could be continued. The CFI noticed the propeller did not unfeather, and several procedures were attempted. They returned to the departure airport on the other engine.
