Nov. 12, Yerington, Nev. / Cessna 150L and Cessna A185F

At 10:43 hours PST, a Cessna 150L collided with a Cessna A185F while both aircraft were in the traffic pattern at the Yerington Municipal Airport. The two occupants of the 150 and the sole occupant of the 185 were killed and both aircraft were destroyed. The aircraft were being operated by their pilot/owners at the time, and both flights had originated from the Yerington Airport on the morning of the accident.
