At about 1625 Eastern time, the airplane was ditched in the ocean. The airline transport pilot and three passengers received minor injuries. Visual conditions prevailed for the on-demand air taxi flight conducted under FAR Part 135. The airplane did not show any abnormal indications on the takeoff roll or during the initial climb. At approximately 200 feet into the climb, the engine began to lose power. The pilot turned on the auxiliary fuel pump with no results. The engine completely quit and the pilot flew the airplane to a flat impact with the water. All onboard were able to exit the airplane before it sank and clung to a section of the airplanes belly cargo pod that separated during the water impact. All were rescued by a fishing boat.
