The airplane was destroyed at approximately 1245 Central time when it nosed over and collided with a fence on landing. Visual conditions prevailed. The pilot was seriously injured and the passenger was fatally injured. An FAA inspector reported the airplane landed on Runway 35, bounced several times, nosed over, skidded off the runway and across the median and taxiway, and collided with a fence. At the time of the accident, the winds were from the north at 13 knots, gusting to 22 knots.
